The country of Taiwan has just invaded the oldest Anarchy server and Minecraft. That’s not a joke, by the way. It’s not a dramatization. An actual country has invaded a Minecraft server. 2B2T is the number one Minecraft topic in Taiwan right now.

Can we just talk about how ridiculous this server is, A server that seemed countless wars and conflicts, groups rise and fall, has pushed mincraft to technical limits and beyond, and has been invaded by YouTubers, streamers, contact creators and all their fans.

A server that is likely to be overrun with AI control accounts, killing all human players in the next few years. And now an actual country has invaded. You can’t make this stuff up. This Minecraft server is truly stranger than fiction sometimes. So how did it get to this point and what’s going to happen? All right, Just sit back and relax.

Story time

about a week or so ago I logged into 2B2T at around 5 AM. 5 AM Is my favorite time to play on the server. I’m a morning person, I get up at early anyway, and nothing beats cheating death in the wastes1 of Anarch while enjoying the cup of black coffee.

My main account has priority, but many of my alt accounts do not.

So whenever I’m transferring items between my non-priority accounts, It usually doesn’t take very long early in the morning. Well, I woke up to a queue of 700 at 5 AM. Instantly I began to ponder the reasons why? was the queue being botted.

that’s been an issue in the past, but no, nobody has ever botted it to 700 before. Was it a new YouTube invasion? I checked my YouTube homepage.

It didn’t appear that any YouTubers made any videos about 2b2t, so what was causing a queue to be at 700 at 5 AM? I opened up discord and had numerous messages waiting for me. It turns out there was a YouTube invasion happening, but it wasn’t on English-speaking country.

2B2T had gone viral in Taiwan, a brand new audience that had never experienced 2b2T before was now getting a firsthand look at its Anarchy. Thanks to the numerous Taiwanese YouTubers, it made sense why Queue was so high? Because the eastern United States and Taiwan are in the exact opposite time zone when it’s 5 AM on the East Coast, it’s 5 PM in Taiwan. Prime2 hours for gaming.

Many of the videos touched down the topics that I’ve discussed in the past. So, besically there is a Taiwanese fitmc out there somewhere.

The Taiwanese players coming out on the server unnoticed at first.

This is because around the time these videos started going viral in Taiwan, there was a major drama going down on 2b2t. the two largest factions on the server, the Emperiam and the Vortex Scholarship had just ended their long time alliance and were at odds with each other

months and months of tension and boiled over to an airing of grievances.

动名词名词化:air
to express your opinions publicly 公开表达 SYN voice
The weekly meeting enables employees to air their grievances.
周会可以让雇员诉说他们的委屈。

The groups were inciting each other. Bases were being grieved. dupe stashes were being leaked, 2b2t groups are fighting constantly, but the two biggest ones, being odds at with each other

it got ugly fast.

A decent amount of the active 2b player base was in at least one of these groups, so many had two sides.

because this was the big talk of B2T for almost an entire week and because their time zone allowed them to play while most 2b2t players were asleep, the Taiwanese players slipped in unnoticed.

These videos had actually been gaining tractions for months, and the Taiwanese videos found on YouTube could also be found on bilibili, another video sharing site I’ve mentioned in my previous videos.

after a few days of long queue times, the unusual hours, the English speaking player base finally took notice of the videos. So of course, the two 2b2t community written in the way it normally does, by rushing to spawn kill all the new players coming in, setting up correctional work camps for these new players and spanning offensive memes in the chat.

However, the 2B2T player base, in their infinite wisdom mistook the Taiwanese players for Chinese players. So they started spamming Tiananmen square memes, just a little history. geography lesson for you. While China and Taiwan are close to each other, they are not the same country. And then you have some people that don’t think it’s its own country, that it’s just part of China. Look, it’s really complicated, way more complicated than a minecraft video should be. So let’s move along here.

Unlike most of China, Taiwan has freedom of speech and press, so you do not have a sensor internet like China does. plus as I mentioned in one of my previous videos, China has their own edition of Minecraft called Minecraft China Edition. Not a whole lot of them can join the server, so the 2b2t player base has been attempting to insult Taiwanese players with memes that don’t even apply to their country.

That’s like telling you American to go drink maple syrup in Canada. I’m not going to find out that offensive.

I’m just going to put it on my chicken and waffles. due to being unfamiliar with 2B2T’s culture and ways, many of the Taiwanese streamers have been getting stream sniped. They’ve been showing their locations too easily and are too weak to defend themselves. Many have been bed trapped and killed repeatedly in front of their viewers, but other Taiwanese players have been getting established in making bases.

It really goes to show you just how much of a worldwide Minecraft phenomenon 2B2T has become. So has any major group risen up to oppose hawan? Well outside of a few small groups of pvpers? Not really, because there’s a few issues.

Invasions in the past have usually been driven by specific YouTubers, for example, Asia GB, if you swap brought in tons of French players to the server. El Rich and Sea brought a lot of Spanish speaking players on the server, and of course English speaking YouTubers such as the camping rusher and ant venom, etc., etc.. In these invasions, it was easy to have a singular target to focus on and a single fam base to worry about.

when In the case of Taiwan, it’s not just one YouTuber, but dozens all making content. All of them combined to cause a surge in the Taiwanese players. So I’m not having a clear enemy has been an issue for these big groups. Plus, as I stated earlier, the major factions have all been distracted by conflict. Another issue is the language barrier.

Taiwanese players are pretty much immune to 2b2t’s toxic Polish chat. And as I stated earlier, any memes that their way have been Chinese insults, not Taiwanese. Regardless, 2 B2 T players have been doing their best to rid the server of these new guests. Personally, I don’t see any issue with them. First off, 2B2 T is not their only destination.

One of the more prominent Taiwan’s YouTubers has been promoting other Anarchy servers such as constantium for Taiwanese players to join if they are stuck in 2b’s queue, So it spread out a lot of the newcomers. a little bit early in the morning. queue hasn’t seen any different. I can still go on during prime hours with little to no weight in priority queue. Finally, as I’ve always said, it’s important for new people to be exposed 2b2t.

because the players will come and only the strong will survive, ensuring that 2b2t retains an active experience playerbase. It’s healthy for the server to have invasions like this. So I don’t know. Make a long story short, Taiwan has invaded 2b2t silently over the past month, and the majority of the t2b2t player base, myself included. Didn’t even notice. It’s kind of funny when you think about it.

I’ll keep you informed on developments regarding Taiwan on the server, but I don’t foresee anything too crazy happening. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.

But before I end the video today, I wanted to talk a bit about SMP live in case you haven’t noticed. Yes, I have finally joined and you can catch my streams on both YouTube and Twitch.

I use YouTube as the primary streaming platform, but I use my Twitch to get more of a boring stuff done on the side and the streams. There are generally a little more laid back than the YouTubes that they say they have a lot of resources. We’re making progress on the server and I thank all the fans that have been following my journey so far. It’s been wacky, to say the least.
